I Blame GOD!

How often have we said or heard, "I blame God"? More often than none, am I right? So many of us want to point at the Supreme Being for every wicked and evil encounter we face in this godless world. Yet, we don't call on Him, depend on Him, lean on Him or even revere Him. We don't acknowledge His adversary either. Lucifer is just laughing at all the blame God gets. Meanwhile, he continues to wreak havoc and claim more and more of God's people. All of us who turn our backs on God and choose not to believe in Him are Lucifer's. End of story! His mission is accomplished by our denial, defiance, and our sweet misery is his victory. 

Before blaming God, think about the free will He's allowed us to have. Also think about the sinful nature we have and are born with. Put them both together and what do you get? Mistakes or mishaps again and again and again. We all sin and fall short of the glory of God. We all reap what we sow, and no one is making us do anything. God isn't telling us what to do. He instead gives us freedom to choose and is willing to help guide our path, if we seek Him. However, many of us don't seek His help, guidance or wisdom. We just walk around like the smarty pants we are thinking we got this all under control and figured out. We even give ourselves the credit for our own blessings. Yeah, right! Yet, we are no match for the evil one, the father of lies who is out to kill, steal and destroy everything God created. We are all living in God's grace that is sufficient and can't even thank God for it. All is well because of HIM, not me or you. But who gets blamed for the bad things that happen? Not me nor you, right? Then who? Jesus died on the cross for our sins... meaning is our place. He was sinless, blameless but gets the blame for everything wrong and ignored for everything right. We don't even give Lucifer the credit he deserves for the evil things. WHY? If you study your bible, which is NOT contradictory but instructional, you will discover who you are in Christ and why you were created. You will find out just how special you are to God and that he only wants the best for you. Well, you'd find that all out if you actually read it. It's sad when people who never actually read the bible can dismiss it and give ignorant judgment about it. They will base their claims on how they have seen other so-called believers or church folk behave. Well, honey I can tell you for certain that if you're watching people and looking to them (man who sin and fall short) as your example of success, you will fail every time. Man is not your example, GOD IS, oh yeah, the ONE you blame! There are wolves in sheep clothing walking all around us. There is a difference between being in church and in Christ because you can be a church member and still need saving. Remember, free will and our sinful nature. Seek GOD for yourself! Search the WORD of GOD for yourself. God wants to bless us, anoint us, strengthen us and offers His wisdom to sense trouble or danger. We call it intuition. God calls it discernment! The stronger you are in your faith and prayer life, the more you can resist and rebuke the traps of the enemy (Lucifer) and live a more peaceful life. See, Lucifer, who is a fallen angel is doomed already. He wants you to follow him to hell. But who wants to follow doom and gloom? You better follow the LIGHT!

It's alright to have doubts but tell God about your unbelief. Let Him know how you feel, even if you're angry but stop blaming Him for our free choices and the trouble it brings. Blame evil, blame sin, blame yourself! Then ask God for forgiveness, understanding, peace and healing, so you can move forward in His grace and mercy. You deserve to live an abundantly happy life. Let go of that bitterness, resentment, and all that hate. Embrace love! GOD is Love. Give Him your sorrow, all of your trouble and allow Him to bring you through it all. Then you will realize how truly blessed you are. Wages of sin is death, so we're all going to die. How will you leave is up to you? Will you choose to make an impact and show kindness from your open heart or will you close it up completely and let your brokenness prevail. The choice is yours. I dare you to try Jesus and ask Him to come into your life. Even if you're not all the way sure, try Him. Ask Him to show you that HE is real. I promise, He will reveal Himself to you. Take care and I hope the best for you. I rebuke your negative thinking in the Name of Jesus! You belong to GOD! GOD didn't make junk. He made beauty---YOU! Much Love 💖

More than just a black female rock artist!

I have loved music since I was a tot. My dad listened to all kinds of artists from multi-genres, and from his influence, I aspired to create music at an early age. I wrote my first song at the age of 10 after getting my first keyboard. The song wasn't half bad and really cute. My family still remembers it and sing it jokingly to this day. It took years for me to hone my skills. I didn't record my first professional demo till 1997 at age 21. It caught the attention of a major record label in New York, but my sound wasn't understood. They didn't know if I was trying to be pop or alternative but wanted me to be more rhythm and blues. In other words, I hadn't found my niche. Anyway, as time went on, my journey went from trying to make it in the music industry to failed opportunities and disappointments. I almost gave up on my passion of being an artist.
