It's 3:00 AM and you can't sleep? Read this!

3AM is an uplifting song for anyone clinging to faith in their darkest moment and trying to ignore the negative thoughts or worry that keeps you up at night. When I was writing this song, all I could think about was a dark period in my life where I couldn't see the light of day. I was so broken and battered inside, even contemplating suicide. It's one thing to lose sight of what's good but to completely shut down and almost give up on life is an awful predicament to be in. I couldn't hold on to faith that I felt was shaken. I was feeling alone, miserable and bitter about all that happened and what could've happened but didn't happen in my life. I was worrying as if I had missed the chance to get it right but I was so wrong about that. God's timing is everything! It took prayer, counseling and God's strength to provide a ray of hope that could only be considered a divine intervention. God stepped in and saved me! God wanted me to realize that my life was just beginning and far from over. But I'm human! I'm not made of steel and life is tough on us all. We all experience circumstances that can lead to turmoil and despair. For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23) But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8) And God wants us to bring our burdens to Him because He cares so much for us. The devil is a liar and the negative thoughts you have about yourself are false! You are amazing, loved, oh so special and never alone. I know that low feeling but it doesn't mean that life is over. God hears your cries and fervent prayers no matter what time of day or night. So call on Jesus! He answers prayer and is our ultimate help who will never leave us nor forsake us...ever! (Deuteronomy 31:6) 3AM is a reminder that God is always with us even when we doubt, worry and are afraid.

"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
~ Isaiah 41:10
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." ~ Jeremiah 29:11

My True Horror Story (Online Ouija Board) Video!!

Before I share my story, please be advised - Do Not play with an ouija board. The ouija is NO Monopoly! When I was a young lady in my early twenties something very scary happened. Although I grew up in the church, it wasn't until something near fatal happened in my life that made me question my faith. So I decided to dabble in necromancy one day. I was just being curious and played with an online Ouija board while on break at work. I assumed that it would be as harmless as playing solitaire. However, what I would soon discover is that it wasn't a game. I asked questions about my life but the planchette would just roll around and point to "Yes" in response to everything I'd ask, so I figured it didn't work.  So I left the website, considered it fake and never revisited.   Later that evening, I showered and went to bed after a very tiresome day.  I laid my head on the pillow and snuggled tightly with my blanket ready to fall fast asle...

New Song "GLOW" #OutNow

GLOW 🌟 Glow is a song I recorded from the heart. After losing another loved one, I was reflecting on how precious life is. We don't know when our time is up, so we should try to make the most of it. We only get one chance to get it right. This emotional melodic track was produced by White Hot and I hope my words will inspire others. I'm sharing this song with everyone that I can to give encouragement to listeners everywhere. Let your light shine! There's only one you and you were meant to glow. Glow by Ebony Moore

More than just a black female rock artist!

I have loved music since I was a tot. My dad listened to all kinds of artists from multi-genres, and from his influence, I aspired to create music at an early age. I wrote my first song at the age of 10 after getting my first keyboard. The song wasn't half bad and really cute. My family still remembers it and sing it jokingly to this day. It took years for me to hone my skills. I didn't record my first professional demo till 1997 at age 21. It caught the attention of a major record label in New York, but my sound wasn't understood. They didn't know if I was trying to be pop or alternative but wanted me to be more rhythm and blues. In other words, I hadn't found my niche. Anyway, as time went on, my journey went from trying to make it in the music industry to failed opportunities and disappointments. I almost gave up on my passion of being an artist. I stopped writing songs for a while but continued to lean on God for guidance. I love rock 'n' roll music so m...
